Strategic Advisory Leadership
You have a direction or important priority, but need experienced judgment, stronger alignment and added senior capacity to advance it.
Strategy becomes valuable when it moves.
Camelot helps organizations and companies across food and agriculture turn strategy and opportunity into practical paths forward.
Where Camelot can help
You have a direction or important priority, but need experienced judgment, stronger alignment and added senior capacity to advance it.
Progress depends on aligning the right organizations and decision-makers around a shared objective and converting that alignment into decisions, commitments and concrete next steps.
You need a practical plan that defines what must happen, who needs to be involved and how the work will be owned and delivered. This can include navigating a market, partnership or commercialization pathway.
How Camelot works
Camelot works alongside leaders to bring structure to complexity, build alignment around key decisions and turn ambition into work that can be acted on.
Engagements are shaped around the opportunity, from focused strategic advice to building and advancing an initiative over time.
Associations, coalitions, government agencies, foundations, investors, accelerators and NGOs.
Growth companies, established corporations and international organizations.
