See where Camelot can help

You know the opportunity.
You need a way to move it forward.

01

Strategic advisory leadership

You have a direction or important priority, but need experienced judgment, stronger alignment and added senior capacity to move it forward.

02

Stakeholder alignment and convening

Progress depends on bringing the right organizations and decision-makers together around a shared objective, with a path to decisions, commitments and next steps.

03

Initiative development and delivery

You need a practical plan that defines what must happen, who needs to be involved and how the work will be owned and moved forward. This can include navigating a market, partnership or commercialization pathway.

Focused, senior support where it can make a difference.

I work alongside leaders to bring structure to complexity, connect the right people and turn ambition into work that can be acted on.

Engagements are shaped around the opportunity, from focused strategic advice to building and advancing an initiative over time.

A career spent turning ideas and opportunities into work that can be executed.

Leslie Ewing is a strategic advisor, industry association leader and ecosystem builder with a track record of turning ideas and opportunities into practical plans that can be executed.

Across more than 25 years in business and industry leadership, she has helped organizations establish a direction, build the structure and partnerships needed to deliver it, and move initiatives from early concept to tangible results.

Her experience includes leading client service teams and major national accounts at Nielsen, supporting the growth of Kids & Company, and helping build collaborative industry initiatives including the Nutrition Facts Education Campaign and the Confectionery Manufacturers Association of Canada.

For Economic Development Regina, Leslie identified investment opportunities, built relationships with global manufacturers and ingredient companies, and strengthened the organization’s business-development approach.

Most recently, Leslie spent ten years building Plant-Based Foods of Canada into a national industry platform spanning the value chain from farm to retail. She shaped policy and market conversations, developed partnerships and brought companies and stakeholders together around shared opportunities.

Through Camelot, she brings that experience to organizations and companies looking for strategic judgment, practical direction and trusted senior capacity.
